Privacy, Guarantees and more?

Wish-Cakes wants you to be happy with your purchase.

Charges: Credit card information is handled entirely by Google. Wish-Cake employees never have access to your credit card information. Google provides merchants (like us) with tools to be able to process your order, or cancel and refund it if necessary. We process orders approximately one day before your scheduled delivery.

Shipping: The best thing about Wish-Cake cupcakes is that they appear almost like magic. We provide the delivery of our fresh, beautiful cupcakes within Pennsylvania's Montgomery and Bucks County areas. We do not charge for shipping within our regular delivery area for orders of six dozen or more.

Cancellations: If for any reason you wish to cancel your order we will only charge an order processing fee of $10 and we will refund the remainder of your purchase amount.

Returns: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us to let us know why. We want your event to be a success, so if your cupcake order wasn't what you expected, we'll provide a credit towards a future cupcake order. There's no need to return your cupcakes.

Customer Satisfaction: Wish-Cakes wants you to be happy with your purchase. We often send a customer survey via email after each order is delivered to verify that both the purchaser and the recipient were satisfied with our delivery.

Privacy: Wish-Cake will never sell your email address or any other personal information. We do keep records of orders that have been placed and sometimes contact customers with offers whenever it is appropriate (such as an annual reminder, or important announcement). We do not send spam. If you would prefer to be removed from our mailing list, please let us know by using our "contact us" form.
